User Rights & Responsibilities

You are entitled to receive products that match the descriptions, specifications, and information provided at the time of purchase. Our products are intended to meet quality standards and support normal everyday use.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If you notice visible damage, missing parts, incorrect items, or other transit-related issues, please report them within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your claim, please provide clear photos or videos showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and the specific issue. Claims without sufficient evidence may require further verification.

Please use the product according to the provided instructions. Unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or improper use may affect safety and performance and will void the warranty.

Warranty & Returns

We provide a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for verified manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use. Covered issues may include factory defects, hardware malfunctions, interface failures, or other non-human-caused quality problems.

We also offer a 14-day no-reason return policy, provided the item is returned in acceptable condition with original accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase where applicable.

For confirmed product defects, incorrect shipments, or quality-related issues, we will cover return shipping costs and any applicable return-related taxes. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will arrange a refund, replacement, or other suitable solution.

Liability & Compliance

Our products are supplied in accordance with applicable regulations and standards in the target markets. Where applicable, we also follow relevant data protection requirements, including GDPR-related privacy standards.

We are responsible for verified quality issues caused by manufacturing defects, original product faults, or incorrect shipments. However, we are not liable for damage or loss caused by misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, incorrect shipping information, carrier delays, customs inspections, natural disasters, public emergencies, or other force majeure events.

Our total liability for any product or service-related claim shall not exceed the original purchase amount of the order.
